Pricing and GST
All products purchased from kindredself.com.au are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Please note for international orders, Kindred Self is not responsible for any liable international customs or duties that may apply. Prices displayed on kindredself.com.au are subject to change without further notice.
Orders and Payments
When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. Our online payment system is managed by Stripe which are fully SSL encrypted and PCI compliant for optimum security.
Delivery charges (where applicable) are calculated and added to your order when you enter your delivery address. You are able to see the full charge before completing your purchase.
While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
Product Warranties
All Ultrasonic Diffusers are covered by a 12 month warranty and our supplier Alycon provides technical support and manages all fault claims. If you experience any problems with your diffuser please phone Alcyon directly on 1300 882 332 or submit a fault claim here >
Recycled Paper Products
Our paper products are printed onto 100% post-consumer recycled paper so you could find there may be a slight colour variance between each sheet and also small flecks through the paper grain. This certainly adds a lovely organic feel to our products!
Colour Representation
Kindredself.com.au displays products in a variety of ways, however please be mindful that colours displayed on computer screens and mobiles will vary between devices and may not represent the exact colours in reality.
Your Privacy
We promise we will never share your personal information (name, email, phone etc) to any third party, and the information we collect during the order process is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other Customer details.

We like to keep our valued customers in the loop about new wellness products and events, general updates and little snippets of mindful living goodness.
