We offer an online order and collection service. We offer an online order and collection service. We hold a small quantity of stock at any given time so this is a great way for you to secure an order. It ensures you won't miss out on a product if we happen to sell out that week. 

It's simple, order through our online shop and select the ‘Pickup’ tab located under 2.Order Options in the shopping cart. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection from either OmMade Meet the Maker Westfield West Lakes, or Seaside Pilates Largs Bay.

It is our highest priority to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or feedback. 

Return Policy

Please choose your order carefully because we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. In the unlikely event of a faulty product being supplied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement. 

Warranty Information

All of our Ultrasonic Diffusers are covered by a 12 month warranty and our supplier Alycon provides technical support and manages all fault claims. If you experience any problems with your diffuser please phone Alcyon directly on 1300 882 332 or submit a fault claim here >
