Our products are heart crafted in small batches by hand. A lot of time and love goes into what we do and that energy is felt by many who come into contact with Kindred Self. Our products are a healthy alternative to fragranced products such as candles, rooms sprays, commercial perfumes and reed stick diffusers. We are a natural solution for those who choose to lead a low-tox life or feel ready to make the switch.

  • The following terms and conditions apply to all purchasers of goods and services from Kindred Self. Wholesalers must agree to these terms of use (“terms”) prior to having access to the wholesale ordering system. The password will be emailed to you upon receipt of your signed agreement below.

    Kindred Self reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and accepts no liability or responsibility as a result of these changes.

    Wholesale Pricing

    Prices are in Australian dollars and Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) will be added to your invoice. Prices displayed on kindredself.com.au are subject to change without further notice.

    Minimum Order

    We have a $200.00+gst minimum order for wholesale, but that is across all products.

    Payment

    Account payments can be made via direct bank transfer or credit card, with payment options outlined in the cart. Please note that your order will be sent after your payment is received.

    Delivery Information

    Your order will be shipped usually within 5 to 15 working days, depending on the order size (most orders ship within the first 7 working days). This time frame is not guaranteed, sometimes hand-crafting products takes longer, so we will let you know if there will be any delays.

    We use Australia Post or Courier and you will be provided with a tracking number for your reference. If requested, optional shipping insurance can be added to any package and will be charged to the retailer.

    Delivery Charges

    We offer set flat rates for delivery to different states within Australia. When placing an order please select the applicable postage option for your location.

    We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made). Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your products so they reach you in perfect condition.

    Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

    If you receive a faulty product please contact Kyrie within 48 hours to discuss replacement options. While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

    In the event that we need to enforce our right to recover any money from you, we have the right to recover all costs, including legal costs incurred on a solicitor client basis required to recover such debt.

    Branding / Packaging

    By becoming a retailer, you agree to respect the branding and credit Kindred Self as the creator of the product. All supplied branding and packaging must remain on the product when in store and not altered in any way.

    In the event of Kindred Self products being selected for any type of marketing or media, the brand must be mentioned or credited as the maker of the product. If you are interested in high resolution photographs for press purposes, please contact us directly.
