May I Be Renewed is a neat blend which means it does not contain any carrier oil. To apply topically, we recommend diluting in a vegetable, nut oil or seed oil (carrier oil) to prevent possible skin irritation. When using topically, perform a skin test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Adults: Dilute to 2% for topical use.

• Kids: 0.5%-1% dilution for 6+ years.

• Pregnancy: Do not use topically during pregnancy.

Avoid wearing during exposure to the sun.

For external use only, do not ingest. If pregnant, consult a certified health care professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
